Sweet and simple 50's wedding dress




Simple and lovely! Chiffon overlay on the skirt and a pleated waist sash on a tea-length satin gown. Gaby knew exactly what she wanted, and I was happy to make it for her.

Miniature dress- 1760

I had some free time, so I decided to branch out and start creating miniature historical costumes. The first is a 'robe a la francaise' dress from the middle of the Eighteenth Century, complete with paniers and petticoat.

This was fun - I don't think this will be my last one.
